My name is William (Coach) Pearson, and I started the B.O.S.S EMPLOYMENT GROUP in 2023 with a simple mission: to help as many people as possible find gainful employment that satisfies their sense of belonging and offers them the chance to advance based on their work ethic. We recognize that each client is unique with their thoughts and desires. We listen first and then try to match our clients with the just right job.
