B.O.S.S EMPLOYMENT GROUP exists to solve the critical issues facing our clients, both large and small. Our approach is not only what differentiates us, but also what makes us successful. We provide a range of services and solutions to help our clients achieve their employment goals. Our services include the following:

• Job Placement - Assist clients in achieving their employment goals; assist clients with any task necessary to ensure worksite success. Follow up with employers to ensure clients are performing their job duties.

• Work Readiness - Assist clients with any skills necessary to achieve workplace success at their new job.

• Supported Employment - Assist with job placement and on the job training for clients with more in depth needs including the physical, environmental, and work pace demands of the job.

• Job Skills Training - Teach and reinforce necessary job skills; develop or setup accommodations to increase client independence. Ensure that employer understands disability education, accommodations and advocacy.
